Picosecond laser – what is it?

It is a technology that emits light with 4 wavelengths – 1064 nm, 532nm, 595nm, 660nm. These lengths, compared to other lasers in aesthetic medicine, are characterized by better skin penetration, which allows you to shallow even very deep scars, as well as remove tattoos and skin discoloration. The picosecond laser allows you to achieve spectacular results, previously unattainable by other laser technologies. At the same time, it ensures greater safety and comfort of the procedure.

Recommendations before the procedure

Recommendations after the procedure

During the convalescence period, you should not use makeup or care cosmetics other than those recommended by a specialist. You cannot expose your skin directly to the sun. Before each outing, you should apply an appropriate amount of sunscreen with a high sunscreen.

Effects of the treatment

The treatment effects that can be obtained with the use of a picosecond laser are more spectacular than with the use of nanosecond lasers. By using picosecond pulses, the dye breaks down faster.
