Laser removal of skin lesions

Laser skin lesion removal is a procedure dedicated to patients with lesions that do not require histopathological examination. Two laser technologies are most commonly used to remove skin lesions – the CO2 fractional laser and the Fotona SP Dynamis laser.

The CO2 fractional laser allows tissue to be vaporized in a fraction of a second and can penetrate as deep as 2 mm into the skin. Since the altered tissue is surrounded by healthy cells, the repair and regeneration process happens quickly when using this technology. The Fotona SP Dynamis laser, on the other hand, can remove small skin lesions such as fibroids, warts and warts.
